Returns & Exchanges

At Rovina™, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Rovina™ packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
